UPDATE COMPUTER SYSTEM! THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. THIS CAUSES UNNECESSARY WAIT TIMES JUST TO PICK UP THE TRUCK ESPECIALLY WHEN ONE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE MOBILE CHECK-IN. UPDATE COMPUTER SYSTEM! THE PROCESS TO PICK UP MY TRUCK TOOK 30 - 35 MINS. WTF! MY PICK UP LOCATION WAS CHANGE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION!!!!! WTF! ON TOP OF THE LONG WAIT TIME AT THE U-HAUIL FACILITY, THEN TO HAVE TO DRIVE 20 MINS OUT OF MY WAY TO PICK UP THE TRUCK (ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO DRIVE BACK HOME) CAUSING MAJOR DELAYS IN THE MOVING PROCESS. I BOOKED THE TRUCK 7 DAYS IN ADVANCED, WHY THE CHANGE?!?!?!? THE PREVIOUS U-HAUL LOCATION WAS 3 MINS FROM MY HOME. AGAIN WTF! UPDATE COMPUTER SYSTEM! I EXPECT ANYONE TO FOLLOW UP WITH ME, AGAIN ANYONE, LEAVE A VM. UPDATE COMPUTER SYSTEM / INTERNET!

Make sure people understand how express check in work . I was not told Anything and I put gas to the truck and still I was charge extra for gas unacceptable.

Very slow service and we were called at the counter and the sales person was helping someone else and we had to wait for ten mins at the counter after we were called ... will never go to this location again ever

Front passenger tire was bald but fortunately the drive was safe. I didn't know how to hook the tires up to the trailer but was able to get assistance in hooking the car up properly. Truck ran fine on the highway. no issues.

Couldn't find the vehicle listed in self check out so was assigned another. That vehicle had glass in the back which I discovered because the door was open, and the gas tank was almost empty. Went inside for help and was issued yet another vehicle. That vehicle needed an oil change as the light came on and stayed on. All in all, it took 30 minutes to get a truck! Fortunately we didn't need that wasted time to move before the truck was due back.

Short staffed before 11 am on a Saturday. Service rep was great but she was alone with a long line of people until 11 am. There seemed to be plenty of vehicles to rent; just not enough staff to get people on the road.

While this location was fine. My overall Uhaul experience for that day was everything but ok. From the vehicle I reserved not being available, to being told I would receive a credit by the store rep to the customer service rep saying they lied to have to travel further to another location to not being given a simple extension unless I paid a full day. Just a mess

The location was fine, but the online option was very unhelpful. We booked online and changed the reservations to get the truck early, which required us to go further to pick it up, which we understand. But then the keys were nowhere to be found and it took 15 minutes to get any answers from anyone at Uhaul by phone to even answer us, and at that point i hung up and just found someone working after hours to thankfully get us the keys. Otherwise my husband would have been stranded on security blvd in rush hour 40 minutes from home. Due to lack of communication or understanding of when and where keys would be available i donâ€™t believe Uhaul is ready for an online system. This all occurred after our first experience, in which we were told we would be allowed to pick a trailer up early and not be charged for a second day if it were a little over 24 hours when returned because they were closed the next day. So we drove 12 hours round trip in one day, to ensure we had it back at or a little after 24 hours, per our agreement, and then were charged a second day, even after we were told that would not happen. Uhaul as a company could use a little more training on communication with such a large company.

when i arrived at the location.they could not find my reservation # my name nor my phones my cell or my home phone. Then when i went back to the location. I tried to give my credit card to the customer service person he said that was ok he had the number and i knew he didn't because i wanted to charge the money on my credit card not my debit that i made the reservation with. He didn't listen he kept on charging to my debit card and now if it charge causes my card ti have an over draft i will have to pay the fees not him. Now i have to go into the location again to try to straighten out the mess he caused.I Am more than furious.

Let all customer know they are paying for the miles when signing the contract . By not explaining to the customer and just telling them every information is on the contract signifies purposeful deception . Not all customer can read and understand everything in the contract . At least let customers know the basics. People rent instead of using store delivery services to save money. If the cost of renting is exorbitantly higher , then the purpose is defeated .

check in at service desk was terrible, took over 30 minutes even though I had done everything on line the day before pickup. Classic screw ups , such as not know how to use computer program to check in or to take pix of driver license. Good thing I'm a patient guy.

I was very unhappy with my reservation setup. My rental truck was not at the location I choose when I made my reservations. Also a U-Haul representative did not call me the day before (as promised) to notify me of anything at all. My truck was dirty inside when I got to it and I patiently waited for the nice representative to clean it out. And lastly I feel like I was overcharged when I received receipt through email and need to talk to someone.
