Everything was Great only thing I noticed and it was small is they have a Mice problem. But when I went to the office they was on top of it.

I understand you can’t access the bait traps inside the unit but you can treat outside. I have used 3 long term U-Haul storage units for extended periods and this is the only time that’s happened.

The assistant manager, Ms. LA., really made BIG THINGS happen for me. Her kindness, customer service skills and professionalism is unheard of in this area.
