Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-haul storage facility is a great place for renting space to store items. Whenever I had a question or called in I got an answer and resolved my issue. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
LORI D | Expérience généraleI didn't provide a 5 star because the sliding doors which would have made it much easier for loading into the unit, was not working. Therefore, the men I hired to move my things had to keep something on the entrance door to keep it open. Also it made it harder because of the door frame.
Pollyanna M | Premières impressionsI really enjoyed Melissa! Even though I arrived almost at closing time, she was hilarious, friendly, and extremely accommodating.
IMANI B | Premières impressionsExcellent customer service by all the team members who I’ve encountered. They thrive and care about resolving any concerns you may have.
Qiana S | Expérience généraleExcellent in everything!
Maria C | Expérience généraleMuy buen cervisio
Jose Z | Expérience généraleIm not aware of this. Does it apply to me?
Kelly C | Déménagement en ligneWent to retrieve my mother’s belongings, who had recently passed, and discovered that the storage unit had become a rat’s nest. The floor covered with rat droppings…each and every bag had been entered and contained rat droppings throughout each bag. There absolutely was not any contents of food in the storage unit, though rats had obviously been using the storage unit for housing. Disgusting and incredibly disappointing was my experience using the U-Haul storage facility. Mom’s belongings had to be salvaged during this disheartening time of loss!
