Owner was very helpful. Trailer was in very good condition, and easy to use. Can't think of a thing to recommend.
BRUCE BThe trailer was great and all went smoothly but I was charged a extra 29.00 they I was late I was told I had 4 days so I picked up on Friday we drove the next day and took it back on Sunday that’s 3 days by my count
MARK DCharge them the amount you quote I was quoted $86 for a 5 x 8 got a bill for $30 more U-Haul says I added the insurance which I did not. I will never ever ever use U Haul again.
ROD MI rated it poor because at first it was supposed to be moved to Thermopolis, it wasn't so we had to change our reservation, then we had to drive 33 miles to go get it when there is a uhaul place in Thermopolis. I was told I would get 80 free miles. We literally would have only went 1/2 a mile. Maybe 1 mile, but then I was charged for the 66 miles to go pick up the truck take it back to the town I live and moved in and then take it back to the town I picked it up in. Not at all what was told to me.
