They didn’t call me (as far as my records showed) to tell me that the my pick-up was transferred there as they put in the records. Almost forgot to include blankets. Did not alert me that they didn’t have an appliance dolly that I had reserved. But once we got all that straightened out things were fine and the truck was clean and ready.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDanielle handled our check in. She was great- friendly, professional, and efficient. Can’t ask for more!
Paul GThe battery died twice. It was a horrible experience, my first and last time renting with this company. Truck was dirty , that I can deal with but lights were going off on the dash board and when I bought it up to the employees in the office I was told it was sensors that just need to be replaced. So I took the truck and got to my house n unloaded my belongings and when I went to leave the truck wouldn’t start. I have a portable charger so I jumped started the truck from my driveway n it started up. I go to put gas in the truck and the battery died again and I had to call the 1800 number to have someone give me a jump start. No one should have to go through that.
