Very friendly and help
LETICIA F1) No one called me before my reservation to explain the process. 2) The drop off location was an abandoned junkyard in the hills with no surrounding buildings, staff, or way to enter the property. 3) I was never given a code for the key lock box. 4) I spoke to one support person who was helpful, but forwarded me to another support person and I just got a voicemail. I called back and got another support person who was very helpful. 6) I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone else, and as a woman I'm thankful my dad was there with me because I would have been very scared to be at this location by myself. I suggest UHaul end its partnership with this location, as the second support person I spoke with tried to call them for help and was unable to reach them. I likewise tried to call the company, but the number listed took me to Uhaul support.

Gary bIs in the middle of nowhere a literal dirt road I was charged an extra fee for the Dolly and for insurance even though I was told I didn’t need insurance. I total went from $150-$185. This is a dirt road truck stop trail. I don’t know what the hell what’s going on usually, it’s a storage place or a truck lot. This is literally a dirt road.
