What materials are required to pack a 42” x46” canvas painting

Hi, Cathy! In addition to the Picture Packer Kit, we also recommend purchasing a material that you can fill empty space in the shipping box with to keep the picture from shifting. This could be crumpled Packing Paper or Enviro-Bubble. I hope that is helpful!

How much extra length and width does this add to the picture? I have a picture 42,5" wide - will it fit in the large mirror box with this kit? And this kit works with mirrors too, right?
These corner protectors (kit) will increase the width and height of the picture approximately 2". This kit does work for mirrors as well. As long as the picture/mirror is not more than 2,2" thick, this kit will work with the large mirror box. Thanks.
How do you tighten the strap? The strap is loose on the box, and the directions are not very clear how to tighten the strap. What do you mean by the loose end of the strap? Neither end is loose, once you fold the plastic tongue through the loop on the strap.
