The trailer was parked in a slanted meaning it wasn't straight in the way of traffic coming in and out. The straps holding the front wheels of the vehicle , the strap tightener was all rusted i had to use my own lubricant to get the tightner working again. Pick it up October 11 2026 drop off in Cochrane October 15th 2026 with the truck they charged me late fees for trailer as well the trailer drop off date was the 15th. Wich I drop it off both at the same date October 15th 2026, I've been over charged over 400 dollars for both rentals the taxes were charged twice The tax was way higher than 13 percent., i had to disconnect the trailer from the truck, the truck was supposed to stay connected until they inspect it, fit them to see wich was the truck and trailer was rented. Now I'm getting charged again for late fees which it was already paid in the rental price, you're company give me no choice to get a lawyer and the judge will be with me .
