It wasn't a problem for me because I'm experienced with trailers but the guy didn't even come out. He asked me if there was a trailer there. Other than that very smooth, I booked up and done

We booked a van for 8 didn’t get anyone until 9 and then they came at 9:10 for the van not to work and we were given a truck after another 20 min we were freezing and this was terrible service

App wouldn't work, website wouldn't work, live chat told me to call the 1-800 number, called and they told me to go into the location, which I did and it was closed even though it said open. Tried to return trailer for 45 minutes. Called 1-800 # again and she just told me to take pictures and leave the trailer and at some point the location would email me. Very stressful. Would absolutely not recommend renting from uhaul.
Cassandra LineCheck the vehicles once they're returned before renting out. Actually open the located during your posted operating hours or AT LEAST answer the phone during said hours. Overcharged for fuel because the previous person lied and it was never checked. Got vehicle with numerous cans of opened alcohol in the cab of the truck. Returned truck with the same fuel amount as I left. Tried to call location for 30min straight an hour after opening and no one answered before even leaving with truck
Ryan HarperNo one was at the location. It's open at 8am, several people were there at 8:15am, no employee was there. You walk into the mall and it's hard to find, the staircase going from where you enter from to the location was blocked off and we couldn't find it at first. So we called the number and the employee named Abby (if that's even his name) was extremely rude as if we should know where the location was, when we had never been there before. Then we finally find it, the gate to the store is closed… so why even bother giving us (bad) directions to find it, if you were just going to do it over the phone? He rudely asks if we even have a reservation, which we obviously do. The issue is now, we needed a hitch to go with our trailer, which in the past when we've rented trailers has been no issue at all to rent, but of course, no one is here… So we then had to go buy a hitch, which we don't really need, so spending more money than necessary. He then tells me it's one guy who does 2 locations and "he can't be in two places at the same time". Like are you kidding me? How is that your customer's problem? Hire someone, to be there, when your store is open. And fire this idiot, because he's extremely rude and I'll be telling anyone who will listen not to come to this location. It was absolutely ridiculous process and we've never had such a bad experience with U-Haul before.
