I returned the vehicle on Sunday before 3 pm. I had the vehicle for only 2 days but you charged me for 3. The place was closed. I attempted 5 times to scan the code on the key box and none of it worked. I wasted over 10 minutes of my time to complete the drop off. My corporate billing rate is $325.00 per hour and we bill in 15 minute increments. Therefore, you owe my $75.00 for wasting my time. Plus another $75.00 for completing this review. I doubt I will ever see those funds. The insurance charge did not indicate that the amount was a daily cost. I will never rent from this location again!!! And likely never from U-Hall either.
