Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI made my reservation online and had it confirmed . I was to this location for pick up and the staff shared the location was unavailable and I expressed my frustration as I did it online so pick up would be fast and easy. He told me to contact customer service and I told him I did not have time . He was very friendly and it was not his fault. He must have told someone or something because within 10 mins of leaving the location customer service called me and fixed it. So great customer service !!

Cheryl LGas station employee who hooked up the trailer didn't check the electrical connection, the four pin trailer harness was caked in mud and grime and he just shoved it in to my truck's socket which in turn got that full of mud and grime. He also didn't check if the lights worked so I had to set up my camera and verify myself. Because the connection was full of mud, shockingly, they didn't work. I cleaned off what I could at the lot since he just left, double checked the rest of what he did, then carefully drove home where I cleaned everything with IPA and got the lights working again. UHaul won't let me do an after hours trailer pick-up because of the liability of me, an 'untrained professional' hooking up a trailer, yet this is the kind of person who UHaul feels is qualified enough to hook it up. I'm surprised he crossed the chains.
