They did not have the vehicle I had reserved. But they did offer a larger one for the same price. The attendant was very rude.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck mechanically was poor need service
Mayiss BThe van had zero gas -- we had to provide gas before we left the rental facility, and were expected to return it on empty (which of course is impossible to determine). As we were on a strict timeline, it was very inconvenient.
Anna Msomeone please call me. The office didn’t open till 0930 and I was late to my appointment. The agent was very nice but Inhad to be the one to attach the equipment. She did not know how to do it. Requesting a refund
Jesus AThe truck I received this time was not maintained well the alignment was bad it continued to pull to left. The interior and windshield were dirty I had to sweep out the floor and clean the splattered bugs off the windshield.
