The facility layout when built is extremely poor other than that everything was great… There’s one door to the location of our storage unit and the door is located directly in front of the access gate. We always had to park farther away or move the trailer because others needed to get in their unit as well.. VERY TIGHT QUARTERS AT THIS FACILITY!!! I’ve had no issues at other Uhaul facilities.. Employees & management ware amazing.. Love U-Haul!!

I did receive fist month rent free which BONUS that was awesome! The space is very clean and organized which as a customer appreciate. This is the second time I’ve used service with the Ahwatukee location and I have been please both time. Highly recommend.
