This facility is broken into all the time. If you want your stuff stolen, rent here. An inexpensive gate would fix the problem, but no. Unsafe, not secure, just bad.

The storage facility itself wasn’t the best… we got broken into a few times. But the Uhaul folks handled it well, and even helped us move out when it was time. Reparations and concessions were made, and all in all I would store with Uhaul again. Just maybe at a more secure facility.
Lael C | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself was excellent. But I emptied and cleaned my unit 6 days before the end of my contract. I spoke by phone with a local U-Haul representative on that day who told me someone would inspect the unit that afternoon or the next day and email me a termination of contract. Instead, 6 days later our account was charged for another month. So I reached out again and spoke with a very helpful second person at U-Haul higher up the chain who promised to have the unit inspected immediately and a refund would be submitted. So far, I have no evidence of this being done. Still waiting and still hopeful but concerned. When this is resolved, my rating will go up.

I spoke to Your Rep who assured me that I would not be charged between t11/3/22 and 11/8/22; Statement Closing Date!
Francine M | Overall ExperienceFound this place while traveling the country. We were headed from MT to NM with a stop in the Midwest. We were able to rent a truck in MT, drive to this location, store our stuff, and return the truck! Ended up moving further south in NM and it was no longer convenient to have our storage 2+ hours away. Friendly staff, helpful, and didn't have any issues!

Marisa R | Overall ExperienceMy debit card was stolen and I had to cancel it and get a new card. I forgot that my original card was set up for automatic payments for my uhaul storage and I was late to a payment. I hadn’t checked my email and did not realize it until I had late fees built up. I contacted Uhaul and the man was extremely helpful. He waived my late fee and and helped me set up my new card for automatic payments. I have had my storage unit for two years and haven’t had a single problem! Thank you, Uhaul on Princeton!
