Stan C | RéservationExcellent storage facility. I will be using this location again and I always recommend to customers. Great customer service! Sharon is always helpful! A+++
Jennifer C | Expérience généraleSuper friendly and helpful. Clean and easy in/out! Will definitely keep using them!
Kevin V | Expérience généraleStaff clearly checks the premise regularly. I received calls when out unit was not locked properly after moving things in or out. This occurred twice. Thank you for that! Staff was always pleasant and informative when I had questions.
Scott F | Expérience généraleIt’s All that a person would want in storage unit and care for
BARRY P | Expérience généraleI had my unit for over 7 years and during that time, never did I have an issue with water or security of the unit. The entire facility was always well maintained and Sharon, the manager was just a wonderful and delightful person to work with. I would most definitely recommend this facility and would certainly be a return customer if I needed to !
JANE J | Expérience généraleMy second time renting, both were great experiences. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Storage easy to access and convenient.
Ashley K | Expérience généraleI rented 3 units here for >5 years. Sharon who works here was super responsive and the facility did exactly what it needed. Strongly recommend.
Jason T | Expérience généraleStraightforward reasonable pricing, park directly in-front of unit, my 10x10 was in fine condition—no damages from water leaks or anything, & helpful staff. Highly recommend!
Zach S | Expérience généraleWe were very happy with our experience with Budget Store & Lock on Schantz Road. They worked with us on a move in date and helped when we had U-Store boxes delivered so that we could transfer the contents by providing a convenient location for us to unload the U-Store boxes and load the storage unit. Unit was clean and everything was secure. Thank you!
Doris B | Expérience généraleThe storage was a great fit for me and my family and tge staff team was very friendly and great with us I would so recommend this storage company to anyone thank you for great service.
Christopher R | Expérience généraleI don’t appreciate having to pay for the month of August simply because I did’t move out before my payment which was 7/23 I believe. So instead of reimbursing me and charging for the 5 says overage, you keep tge entire payment for August. So, you now have my payment, and the next renters payment. Quite a racket. NO, I will not recommend budget
Sharon F | Expérience généraleSharon was great, informative and friendly. Thank you.
SCOTT S | Expérience généraleExcellent staff and a secure and well maintained facility. Thank you for your fine service!
George J | Expérience généraleThank you for your great service. If I ever need to use a storage container again I will definitely return.
ANNA F | Expérience généraleThe only reason we terminated our storage unit was due to retirement. The staff and facilities have been great. We would recommend this location.
EDWARD M | Expérience généraleBetter than most other storage facilities.
John W | Expérience généraleExcellent customer service. Safe place to keep your items.
