The unit I had put my credit card down on was taken when I arrived to move in and I had to take another unit the only reason I choose Uhaul storage was the convenience of loading and unloading at the first unit I had put my credit card to hold. I will have to do with what they offered me but not as convenient as the first one I wanted.

We will be singing your praises on Facebook and to everyone we can. Due to stormy weather, we were worried we wouldn't be able to get the truck unloaded by the time it was due back. Your workers even checked on us the entire unloading time to give advice for the utilization of space. Being able to store our things until our family members can completely recover from COVID was a true Godsend for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We love U-Haul. No one knew how to work the computer system. I had three different helpers tell me three different things. One was at the national call center, not actual location. This is a brand new location, so I am willing to give them a break because of that. I don’t think anyone there was extremely familiar with this location. I hope they spend some time educating themselves and their staff of how to work the reservations and show them how their facility is set up. I would still recommend location in hopes that they get it straight in the near future.
