Very helpful staff and literally the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen.
JOHN N | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint I have is that I rented a 10' van to move my belongings in but the bay that I was told to park in and offload was occupied by someone in an SUV that not once, the whole time we were there was actively loading or unloading. They were just parked there. The weird thing is the other 2 bays were empty. My wife, kids and I had to unload from outside.

ISABEL D | Overall ExperienceI had great experience with Uhaul storage. Only issue I had was the elevator at Dimond U-haul kept breaking down. You have an employee I want to mention. I don’t know here last name but her first name is Kimberly. Kimberly came to the storage late after the main store had close to help me with the elevator and not only help fix the issue with elevator but she stayed until I was done moving all my item from the third floor. Thank you Kimberly!!
Peter L | Overall ExperienceI didn’t get issues resolved as I wanted to or per request. Customer service sounded automated and run around. No one ever suggested speaking with management and didn’t give me a choice of how my money spend to be utilized at its best. I really enjoy U-haul as a service l, only down fall was dealing with employee conflict and no resolutions or answers. I felt my money went to waste and no response or proper feedback to properly address billing or prevention of lapse in account.
