First my code wouldn't go through then when it finally did the sliding door by the dock didn't open so we had to use the actual door which because of the bump at the door caused my boxes to fall off the cart.. pretty sure it broke some of my glasses in it

As it was my first time renting a storage unit anywhere, I wasn’t sure how to come about accessing my unit. It took a good solid 20 minutes and two different doors to finally find my rental unit. Then, once found, the alarm kept being triggered due to me not realizing you had to disarm the unit before accessing it. If the person at the front desk was more helping in explaining what to do and where to go, it would’ve been a lot smoother experience and a better rated one.
