Employees are very friendly and helpful with getting things set up with both storage and Uhaul rentals - I even used for help with moving furniture etc and it worked out great.

The 26ft U-Haul truck that I rented could not access the last section of the storage facility due to an extremely tight corner and a parked trailer that obstructed the area. I was forced to rent a unit somewhere else. I was told I would be refunded for the unit but have not yet been refunded. Very unhappy with this storage facility and it’s management.

Also, the roll up door to my storage unit was dented and poorly maintained, which made access to the unit very difficult. Despite my repeated inquiries to have the door repaired, the problem persisted throughout my rental period.
Ali S | Overall ExperienceThe rate increases for the unit were outrageous. Going back to Nov 2020 (as far back as I have record) they increased from $189/mo to $329/mo today. That's nearly 75% in 2 years! Ridiculous, and incredibly frustrating that the only notice I'd receive was a letter in the mail a few weeks before the new rate it. The latest was $300/mo to $329. Nearly a 10% increase!

Doug N | Overall ExperienceI would never recommend this facility. I rented a spot for my camper...It was broken into 4 times, the last time my windows were broken out. They clearly do not check on the parking spots as they didn't even notice the camper had broken out windows!! Most of the time the automatic exit gates do not work and sometimes the gates are stuck open for days. For $95 a month for a parking spot, you can find a much more secure storage facility. Stay very far away.

Joe E | Overall ExperienceThey allowed somebody else to come and take my stuff out of my storage because he stole my key while I was going through a custody battle and they allowed him to take my things from my storage and put them in his storage without confirming with me that that was OK I only had his name under my contact number for if I was late they did not verify that and then they lock down on his storage for $1000 and told him he couldn’t get out till he paid $1000 which still courses me to almost lose all my stuff in a storage and they still try to fine me for $700 on an empty stores even though they already allow someone else to take my stuff out and keep sending me emails about what I owe they are fraudulent and thieves and dirty and rude and disrespectful and I would never ever in my entire life recommend them to anybody else .
Sierra S | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was occupied with mice which destroyed a majority of my belongings. The storage unit facility was NO help in the insurance policy process. The area manager was there the day of when I noticed my mice infestation and literally left a brand new staff member to deal with it. I Contacted the facility on several different occasions and was never able to talk to the manager nor would the manager give me a call back. When I did talk to the manager, she is a very unprofessional and unsympathetic individual that could not understand my point of view on the situation. I have done A LOT of business with U-Haul and I would like to again in the future, however, this is one business that I do NOT recommend. Logically, mice should be a problem at this location because it is surrounded by two massive construction sites. I also do not think the facility routinely does rodent prevention nor notifies customer this is a problem. If there is one unit infested then it makes sense that several units are infested. The facility also does not have a dumpster in which customers can get rid of their damaged belonging ultimately requiring them to haul off the items either by self or another company. The process of removing damaged items is VERY expensive. On top of all of this inconvenience and lack of sympathy, I was charged an extra month’s rent, removal fee from a hauling company, and I was never able to use the U-Haul vehicle I rented because I could not move out of the location initially because the storage unit had mice infestation. I also noticed that the manager does not understand the insurance policy. Insurance covers my ITEMS. Not my inconvenience fee that the storage facility caused: U-Haul that was never able to be used ($40) + extra month of storage ($195) + item removal service ($485). Therefore this place has caused more than $700 in damages to my wallet because of its uncleanliness and unprofessionalism. I have asked several times if I could get a free month’s rent for my inconvenience which is the LEAST this facility could do but the manager refuses in a quite unprofessional manner. This is a stand alone business I plan to NEVER work with nor recommend to any colleagues or my campus. I will still do business with U-Haul in the future but NEVER any independent business like this. I know U-Haul takes great pride in its professionalism and cleanliness because I am a regular. I have never had a bad experience with your store employees. However, this experience has been one of my worst in regards to the customer-service industry.

Denied a refund because we were wrongfully kicked out never once did we spend the night there are plenty of cameras to prove it

Absolute waste of money. The employees are beyond rude and don't care how many times you go in to resolve the issue of them stealing your money. They will look you in the face and say you were never there. Spend your money smarter.
Nadine R | Overall ExperienceMaking a payment for the storage was a pain. The link to pay online didn’t work and they didn’t offer me the ability to auto pay. I tried to pay on a Saturday afternoon and they closed at 2 and couldn’t pay until Tuesday morning because of a holiday and caused me to pay a late fee. When I finally moved everything out, they couldn’t close me out because they shut down the system and then it took them 4 days to finally close me out of the system only after I called them back to confirm.
Brandon W | Overall ExperienceWe had 2 units for over 12 years 16 and 43 It was a easy place to keep extra stuff. unit 16 had some leaks but all good other wise. Very helpful staff and we most have rented 5 trucks over the years. All the best dave
KIM W | Overall ExperienceI would NEVER recommend this storage facility to anyone! You’re better off leaving your property on a public sidewalk than paying this place to store it. The only saving grace for this facility was the young lady that helped me close out the storage unit. She was extremely polite, kind, and genuinely nice—that was actually shocking. Why? Keep reading. I had the unit for just short of 10 years. When I first got the unit, the owner set up the rental for me. He was extremely brash and rude: “You don’t pay on the 1st, I keep your stuff! You want to use the trash dumpster? It’s $15 or I keep your stuff!” Yeah, really nice guy … if you’re a masochist. He was the same way every time I had to visit the office over the years. The neighborhood around there is horrible, too. The first time I dropped my goods off at the unit, directly across the street from the office EMTs were carrying a woman out of her apartment who’d overdosed on drugs. Furthermore, a few years ago I tried to pay rent for the unit on the 1st of the month, but neither the app nor the web site were working, and no one was answering the UHaul corporate customer service line or online chat. By 8AM the next morning he left a snide voicemail saying he was going to seize my property and sell it! I immediately called back and left a not-so-nice message that it was HIS site and HIS app that weren’t working. To top it all off, the office manager called me 3 weeks ago to let me know there was a FIRE in the unit behind mine that I share a common wall with. But the fire dept popped the locks off my unit and several others on my aisle because they weren’t sure where the fire was. She needed me to come down to make sure my stuff was there and to put a new lock on it. Of course, all of my stuff had soot all over it and many items melted from heat in the other unit. I wasn’t that concerned since my insurance covered whatever was necessary. However, the office manager was extremely rude over the phone and still pretty rude when I went to put a new lock on it. In terms of security, anyone … and I do mean ANYone can crawl under the gates of this facility. Cameras or not, anyone can get in there and out before the cops arrive. But at least the fire and smoke killed all the mice.

From the prices being different from what was listed online, the slopes in the aisles and especially at the exits causing my car to bottom out constantly, the gate being broken and no sign or only TINY signs to indicate that so I had to back up a long distance over weirdly angled pavement, to cancelling and being told I was supposed to give 30 days notice when the person who signed me up specifically said TO MY FACE that I could cancel up until the last day of the month and it would be just fine. The only good thing about this place is it was close to my house. Would not rent here again, given the choice.
