Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI think it’s a shame that U-Haul doesn’t prorate rental fees upon checking out. I paid for a whole month then ended up moving out 6 days later. If that unit is rented again, you’re getting paid twice! It’s not hard to refund customers for days not used and would be better service than just ripping them off. When I brought this up upon checking out, I was told that U-Haul just doesn’t do that. That’s a bad policy I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE about!

But service and all the staff were always very nice when i went and place was always very clean and well lit. Never had any issues at all. Definitely recommend! Too bad we had to move out of town, otherwise would have kept my unit

betty s | Expérience généraleI’m sorry but I don’t think I would recommend only because a lot of my stuff was molded and some did not work but my stuff been in their for a year and I really did not know what to expect. Hopefully the money I put in for extra insurance would surface what I lost
