The Hispanic gentleman that helped me was incredibly rude. When I asked him for the simplest of questions, he had an attitude and was very put upon. Extremely unpleasant experience. as a matter of fact, I was thinking he must be one of the newly arrived illegal immigrants because I couldn’t imagine how U-Haul employee could be so rude.

My unit had been broken into and he did not care. about a month after my unit was broken into and police report was filed. I ran up on him at a Sinclair gas station. he got my face and told me I was the reason he got fired.

cheryl p | Overall ExperienceI went to Uhaul spur of the moment on Saturday morning, not expecting them to have a U-haul to rent. To my surprise, they had one available and was willing to work with me on the hours I needed. When I was finished getting stuff out of our storage unit, there was some stuff left that there was no way I could get out. I talked to them, and they were willing to let me leave it in the unit, and they would get it out and discard it. Great customer service for sure!!
