The first person I worked with was abrupt and Not very helpful. However another gal, supervisor or just more knowledgeable, was Very COURTEOUS and Helpful. Much more pleasant personality!! Did not get names of either person but wish I had!
A bit dusty but a great place.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The office manager, Darlene, (I'm assuming she was the manager) was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. We had an issue with the lock, and she took care of it with no questions asked. She was friendly, helpful and just a delight to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

The staff was always helpful and happy to help. Access times were always convenient. Only complaints: the inside of the unit was always dirty and they parked trucks along fence blocking traffic.
Darlene was GREAT. I've rented trucks/storage from Uhaul many many times over the years, and she was easily the best representative I've worked with. Super helpful, super knowledgable, and very kind.
Expensive for an outside unit, small as well for the cost.
