Nobody ever called me and confirmed. How was I supposed to get on the property so no I didn’t move in for the love of God people communicate better.

Candy B | RéservationEverything was great up to the point of being charged and extra months, they did say the charges were reversed but until I see it ,can't believe it
Steven R | Expérience généraleThank you, easy in....easy out. My belongings felt safe there! Very clean.
PAMELA S | Expérience généraleDark little to no light. Gate was broken most of the time completely open with no security. Thats why I removed my belongings. Anyone could just walk in.
Hugo B | Expérience généraleVery dark little to no lighting and the front gate was broken most of the time completely open with no security anyone could walk in. Thats why I removed my belongings.
hugo b | Expérience généraleI never received a call on 7/31 with the unit number and gate code. I called Saturday morning to receive it but they are closed on weekends. Had to call U-Haul in an emergency and secure another rental space at a different location. Not a great experience.
Dave L | RéservationVery satisfied and the woman (who ran the office) was terrific.
DOUGLAS P | Expérience généraleThey should change their name to Unaffordable Storage. In less than two years my rent went up over 100%. Always claiming rising costs in economy. I didn’t have a climate controlled unit so no rising costs to maintain mine. Be prepared for a rent hike every couple of months.
Diane L | Expérience généraleLeeAnn was very helpful and friendly.
Richard W | Expérience généraleI just like to say I appreciate the service I received from your storage facility. Leanne was very pleasant to work with. The accommodations from the U-Haul to the storage unit was excellent. Very pleasant to talk to the staff. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely rent again if needed. I appreciated the convenience of the facility. And would very well recommend it to friends. Thank you very much and have a blessed day.
