When I arrived the tire was flat on the trailer. I told the lady (who was very nice) was not aware of the flat and come out with a mini compressor that required me to hook up to the trailer and pull it out so I could then unhook from the trailer to get my truck close enough to power the compressor with my cigarrette lighter outlet and then hook it back up to the trailer and go on a 160 mile trip wondering if the tire would hold pressure. In addition to all this the UHaul app wouldn't open to do some kind of acceptance of trailer so she told me to not worry about it. I had also reserved a trailer the night before only to find out the next day they didn't reserve the trailer and I had to go to this location instead.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI asked for a dolly and it was not included. I Mark no on all the questions I had to answer. And still got charged for it. If you do not do everything online you cannot get your truck.

Daniel tWhen I picked up this truck, I was not clearly told where I could drop it back off. So, I went to a U-Haul location. They sent me down the road. Mind you I had already put gas in truck to where it was. From there the second stop was closed. We were in Pinellas Park, call a phone number, oh now we already got gas now we have to go to Seminole. Then we are charged for more gas after a run around. I was not pleased with this situation at all. It was so confusing since I had never used U-Haul before. Thanks
belinda rDropped in unannounced very nice. Took care of our trailer. We called center on where to drop trailer that was a joke. Hung up on us first. Then tells us we have wrong person on phone. Had us on hold for awhile finally we hung up and just drove over to this place and everything was handled
