Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad a great experience. Shout out to Eric jordan, Jenkins and there was a young girl there too. They were all so helpful. I rented a trailer from Houston to Colorado Springs and that was also a great experience.
Charles C | Premières impressionsI was sold a renewal of a unit with 24 hour access with the full large doors open for the entire 24 hours, yet the large door to the outside never opened when I needed it. Every other storage unit facility I've rented a unit at in the past had the large bay doors open for customers who wanted their access pins 24/7. Why you didn't for this facility? Not doing so is extremely stupid and a bait and switch false advertisement. So staff was friendly, but not actually helpful if doing bait and switch tactics or just not properly trained and saying the wrong things. (I don't know if that person still works there.) Moldy faculty. Dirty carpets never cleaned. Carts are extremely dirty and run down, never cleaned or repaired, and the number of flat carts that can actually hold large boxes without struggling around bars slowly decreased over time. Burned out light bulbs never got fixed even after calling to report it multiple times. Call were be routed to U-HAUL corporate which would take a note to send to tell the faculty, but apparently either they never did or the faculty never cared. Based on how poorly the faculty was maintained, it made it clear to me that they never cared about providing proper lighting for all the units or maintaining anything but the restrooms. On the positive side, the restrooms were generally clean, so there's one thing they were doing right. The other significant positive was the Re-use Center. Plus the friendliness and competence of staff when I checked out for the last time was good.
