The physical move in was convenient. Moving dollies were available. Everything was neat and clean. A large access garage door was available for ease of entry to the facility. I lock was supplied by the facility.

CHRISTINA D | Overall ExperienceThe General manager Shane Schmid, lacks any kind of professionalism, and is a con man and needs to go!! I will never refer anybody to this facility due to the way we were treated. The corporate office needs to be better selective on who's running there stores, seems to be many more poor reviews in regards to management at the Columbia CT UHaul.

I was charged for an extra day incorrectly and it took me a long time of arguing back-and-forth to get my money back and then they still wouldn’t give it back to me fully.
