TONI J | First ImpressionsMy rental experience with U-Haul was good until I had a financial situation where I missed a payment and I had taken my account into a status that when I went into the office wasn't explained to me in a manner that gave me a clear understanding so I ended up paying a lot of extra money to U-Haul unnecessarily
