Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything was perfect great service as always!!!
JAMES T | RéservationThe storage facility is very clean and kept very clean. Every time that I have been there is always top notch.
Tony R | RéservationGREAT SERVICE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
MELISSA S | RéservationThe lady behind the counter was the rudest individual I’ve dealt with in a long time. I walked out and did NOT rent because of her horrific attitude! I’m sure she runs out a lot of business for you! The original lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice so I was pretty shocked when I dealt with the other nasty lady!
Bryan S | Expérience généraleCrystal and the team T Cy Fair Storage were friendly and supportive during my repeated visits. Thanks for all your help!
Gian D | Expérience généraleSimply the best. Always willing to go the extra mile. Brandon, Crystal and owner John were always available. Had storage for 2 years, Wishing them well
gary l | Expérience généraleThe only problem was the fact that it’s not available 24 hrs but other than that amazing.
Jenny V | Expérience généraleCrystal, Brandon, & DJ were extremely service oriented and were very helpful every time I needed them. Jeremiah even showed up at 11:00 at night when my movers were running late to move my furniture in the Storage. I felt the facility was always watching or monitoring my furniture.
LARRY T | Expérience généraleCy-Fair Storage has the best customer service I have ever seen.I have been renting storage units for years. The property is extremely clean, especially the climate controlled buildings. Security is obviously a priority for this facility. They walk the entire property a few times a day and have associates outside as well as inside the office the larger part of the day. The office manager has gone above and beyond to make sure all customers are well informed about this facility and the benefits offered that do not exist in other locations. Keep up the great work!
Rene R | Expérience généraleThe team here was really nice and helpful throughout the whole process of getting a unit. I’m really happy with the service and will recommend this place to friends.
harman a | Expérience généraleWell run by friendly and "ofter present" staff. More personal touch than one expects.
Mike D | Expérience généraleGreat place to store your stuff!!
MARK C | Expérience généraleGreat place to have your storage unit if you want the rates raised all the time. Also, please do not let employees tell customers they will give them a lower rate and then not honor. I was able to find a brand new unit next to my house for 51.00 cheaper and it’s larger
Kenneth P | Expérience généraleCyfair Storage was very easy to work with. The staff were helpful. The manager Crystal was outstanding. She took the time to change my reservation to a larger unit even though it was after closing. I was very thankful because I had a truck full of furniture. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and friendly.
Ivory L | RéservationThe front desk lady very nice
stella i | Expérience généraleHad 2 units and a parking space here for years until we recently moved and had to relocate closer to our new property. Crystal and the guys are amazing here. So easy to work with and the place always looks clean and safe. Highly recommend.
Amy d | Expérience généraleThank you! Everyone was very easy to work with. We got two units, easy to access getting in and out, loading and unloading. Office staff was always nice and able to answer questions when we had them.
