Your website and iPhone applications were very quirky. Not impressed. Spent 40 minutes trying to be proactive by checking in on line instead of in person. Very frustrating...uHaul is much better than that. Suggest you stop using your Current IT/Developer outsourcing Coding team, stop trying to cut costs and use a local software contractor instead

With everything going on right now- what a breath of fresh air when i walked in to your facility.....Behind the counter sat Rock Star Crystal. This woman bent over backwards ( yes-she is very limber:-) to help me in what was quite a predicament. I was on the last leg of a very long moving experience- and the original place of drop off we found out was actually closed and I needed help to unhook a car dolly- And an enclosed trailer..... but first had to unload the 26 footer along with the 6/12 and bring it back after hours!! Crystal immediately got on the phone and started calling places to be able to solve this major problem- as her facility didn't have the space inside for such a long truck and trailer. But she couldn't find anyone to help us.....soooo- she said she would come back to the store after hours which probably meant not having dinner with her family.......not only is she extremely professional- she proved to be an incredible human being....or should I say Rock Star:-) And the even more amazing thing was that she knew I already had another storage place and would not be her client!! She definitely offered her facility a number of times- great business skills:-) but I needed to be in another area. I would definitely recommend Cy-Fair Storage not only for your storage needs...but to experience the splendiferous Crystal McCombs....... Cynthia Cullen

excellent customer service very pleased and assistance from the count service gentleman however I asked him if I return the truck a later time dad 530 he said I should call the location to advise them and see what they say I did that call and spoke with Anita and she said it would be fine to drop it off after hoursWith no charge but they did charge me extra $59 so the total rental fee was 230 Dollars Way too expensive
