Great staff and always ready to help. The Beavercreek location has so many rental items that it can be a challenge to get to some units. Great location right off 35 and Fairfield.

My movers were going to charge me an additional fee for a long carry since my unit was located in the middle of the facility and they had a semi truck. Daniel was able to move my unit number (which was empty) to accommodate getting the truck closer to the unit and saving me TONS of money. Uhaul was also offering a free months storage for free due to a sale they had which was amazing! A wonderful experience overall and will be a repeat customer should I need to move again.

Never once was I informed that my unit was up for sale. Once provided a buyout price, within days my unit was sold. Very unprofessional and disappointing that my family lost all our belongings due to lack of management

Sarah A | First ImpressionsStaff was friendly. My biggest complaint is that there was always a uhaul truck or trailer in the way of my storage unit. Yes I can ask them to move it, which I did on a few occasions because I could not get into my unit at all. It will take the 15 to 20 minutes just to move it. The biggest reason I don't like it is because it is not very safe with go in and out a storage unit with these in the way. Someone is going to get hurt on day. There was a few time we're the employee was blocking the entrance to the storage unit with a truck. The storage unit itself is dirty.
