Staff and hours was great but the unit door wasn't secure, the door was off one of the door hinges. The unit had a tag that said ready to move in but who would actually put valuable items in a unit where the door isn't even secured to the hinges. I go a refund and went to another storage facility

JOSHUA MALONE | Overall ExperienceSome of the employees are not very friendly or helpful....their were a handful that were very helpful to name a few Jason at the west Florissant location in Florissant, Mo 63135 and Brantly & General Manager at store 56 on I-35 in Desoto, Tx Also somehow I was charged for a storage facility I necer moved in....thankfully I was refunded my money right away.....but I would not recommend the company to annnnnnyone...the service I received was horrible!!!!

melony johnson | First ImpressionsMgr of this particular storage was not at all professional in any way..she was very rude and I would not recommend anyone to rent from her...very poor representating for U-Haul...been in customer service for over 33yrs and someone like that would not be working in any facility of mine..very bad attitude..will never rent from her ever again .. something really need to be done about this because there's a lot of customers I know who experienced the same nasty attitude from her..very dissatisfied

SHAREE FERRELL | Overall ExperienceNever have I experienced worse customer service. After discovering that our account was set up incorrectly by the former manager, Wykethia Johnson made fixing the problem as difficult as possible. We tried to use the new access card the next day and they didnt work. Once again Wykethia was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. We stored eight six foot Christmas wreath and found that rats had eaten through the wires for five of them. There is no doubt about the rodent problem as there was also a dead rat in the unit. We decided to close the account as the manager offered no apology or solution. When told that she would be losing a customer Wykethia responded that she didn't give a f$%^ and that we could go somewhere else. We did and we suggest that you do also.
