After driving 10 hours, I got to the facility and the girl told me they don’t do reservations. I ended up having to get a larger more expensive unit. The girl was really nice but had no clue how to rent the unit.

AUDREY B | Overall ExperienceCustomer service was excellent, General Manager, Brad was awesome. The only thing I didn’t care for was my unit was near the parking lot that they were doing paving and all the debris kept getting into my unit.
DONNA D | Overall ExperienceThere was alot of confusion with this move due to the electrical being off at the facility. There were no lights on when loading our inside storage unit and it was very difficult for to drive around with the big uhaul due to all the Decatur utilities vehicles blocking access. Also a lot of confusion with the rental. Should have been better explained.
