They were somewhat short staffed but worked diligently to assist customers as best as possible.

Erika W. | Overall ExperienceNot maintained. Air conditioning leaked into my unit. I was not notified and found many irreplaceable items molded and ruined. Staff does not answer the phone and does not know how to use computer system to do anything. They are lackadaisical and flippant. I would never recommend this facility to anyone else.

nancy m. | Overall ExperienceI have an issue with the new management on 6th avenue in Decatur she was very rude the manager that you had before was very nice and understanding I had some life-changing effects happened to me and she was able to help me out while I was getting on my new path in life she had to go on with her life and move on I talked to two other staff of yours and with that I end up with the new one that's a manager or the store manager of 6th avenue she's very rude do not have patience and it's really awful I have complained about her on the 1-800 number and I haven't heard anything back
