Ricky G | Overall ExperienceVery rude customer service. Does not want to help AT ALL. their employees threaten their customers. They charge debit cards that WERE NOT set up to be charged every month ( as I had a specific card for that) so with them charging a card they weren't supposed too and it is even noted that way they causes me to to be able to pay the rest of my rent so I was kicked out and they said that it wasn't their problem. ( this is his wife leaving this response )

The person who repaired was from a different location. The frequent rate increases were making it a burden especially when the unit was only the shell. No electricity, so I could only go during the daytime..

sandra r | Overall ExperienceIt was our first storage unit need. Generally, we were satisfied. It was hard to contact customer service, phone rang and rang. Often no one was in the office when we arrived during business hours. Didn't need help often, though.
