I've been in the hospital for several months and unable to call or email. I just found out that the unit was sold and all of my family photos that were in the unit have been sold or destroyed. Whenever I would call in the past to the office I was spoken to as if I was unable to understand the person or just treated unfairly.

DEBORAH N | Expérience généraleI had not been to my unit in months when I went to empty it I had many things damaged from holes in the roof of the unit , they had tried to patch some holes but there were two new ones, they obviously do not repair appropriately! I talked to Tom when I could contact them the Monday after I emptied my unit and his response was “ file a homeowner claim “ not appropriate at all since it was obviously the neglect of the owners I feel they should refund at least 1/2 of what I paid for the 7 months I stored my stuff there , so disappointing to have things ruined in a so called “ safe facility “
