Our issue isn’t really the location but that we were switched locations which meant we couldn’t start packing for another hour, then the location didn’t have our appliance dolly which was a must have. We had to travel to another location to pick up the appliance dolly. Then a sales rep called and said I still owed for the appliance dolly after all that bad service. When I make a reservation, I expect to get the equipment I ordered at the location.

Brian GThe only issue is because it was raining I hooked up the trailer myself and then the representative came out to inspect the hook-up and because the safety chains were so long I had to twist and twist them to get them to not drag.
