Everything was good with the small exception that there was a dead and desiccated rat under the door of my unit when I went to move out. Everything inside seem to be fine, but it was still unnerving.
andrew b. | Overall ExperienceThe facility as a whole is fine. However I'm taking away one start because stairs are not the thing when storing items. The stairs would normally have been a deal breaker for me.
Erin B. | First ImpressionsCommunication between stores was frustrating. I reserved a storage unit on the phone with someone, they made the reservation. When I got to my location, the U-Haul location didn't have my reservation at all. I also was told I could drop off at the location I was going. Because the national system was off, I was asked to drive to a location an hour away, instead of the current location was at. It was pretty frustrating.

David r. | First ImpressionsIan and Kevin were super great!!! Both have great customer service every time we’ve encountered. Jeanette was okay at times. Dee(assistant manager) dresses inappropriately-shirt unbuttoned with cleavage showing and has a poor attitude towards customers also with staff. During my rental the overhead door was not operating and left open at all times for months…I didn’t feel safe to enter during times the office was not open.

Jeanette made sure she went over everything with me thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on. She helped me get checked in and checked out. She was very kind and you can tell she works very hard. The man (I wish I knew his name he was working 5/22/23 with Jeanette) was very helpful as well. He looked at me like a person not just a way to make money. they deserve recognition for the work they do. Thank you.

Larry B. | Overall ExperienceYour staff was above and beyond I had a great time interacting with each and every one of them. The only thing I would say is maybe get some more carts let customers know you don't have an elevator to that 2nd floor and maybe I down the heat and there are little cuz it's like death in there but other than that everything was superb great location great staff would recommend to anyone
