I had reserved a unit online but the staff helped me make changes to it, I appreciate such great service immensely. And I give the highest praise to Selena who helped with the process as a new employee was being trained (Carmen (sp?) knew the ropes but Selena helped her learn even more with some of my questions). You’re a great team, thank you all, I look forward to seeing you again and getting any assistance that might be needed in the months to come – I know you’ll be there for me as you are for all your customers, you are appreciated. david f | Premières impressionsMy 4 wheeler was the only thing I had in my unit and the manager had helped me due to no elevators. So they were supposed to secure my 4 wheeler back into my unit because I am disabled and they stated they would do that for me so I left ok in there hands and I guess the ceo called and stated that they did not secure my 4 wheeler and someone came in 2 cars and stole it. I made a report with the police dept and have posted that my 4 wheeler is missing but no one has returned it or had any leads in getting my item back.
PILAR H | Expérience généraleI had thought my previous experience with U-Haul and trying to have a pitch installed from the industry leader of installing hitches until U-Haul gave me my money back because they were unable to install the hitch and make it work correctly. Thought that was my worst experience until this one we’ve completed it, but it was a nightmare, dealing with U-Haul again, which is becoming a very current trend dealing with U-Haul and only makes me wonder is U-Haul really losing it hold in the industry because they’re not maintaining their facilities. Their people their products it’s like they don’t care anymore. Still doing business with U-Haul just know it’s to expect a horrible experience now.
