Beverly T | Overall ExperienceWe paid for an entire months of storage, after only using 7 days into feb(next month). Our payment was due Feb 17, we wanted to move out Feb 23 and were forced to make a payment from feb 17- mar 17. No prorated payment, we had to pay entire month! No carts to move our furniture out. Was told by rep at facility that it would be okay to close out , but forced to make payment, with late charges included.
CALVIN E | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint is the constant rate increases. I had three increases within a year period. Seems excessive. I vacanted for that reason alone.
Randi S | Overall ExperienceMy items were damaged due to a roof leak. Some of my items had mold on them because the leak was caught after a few months. The facility looked fairly new so I didn’t understand the roof leaking. They only covered the amount of insurance you had on your account. My advice is get the max in insurance and take pictures of your items and keep all receipts because you need the receipts to submit to the insurance company for them to pay you. I never experienced anything like this before so hopefully this helps someone.

DANIEL W | Overall ExperienceI was told by the hulen facility that if I signed up for the unit online then I’d have access to it even though the office was closed and that I could sign the paperwork later this week well imagine my surprise when I get to the unit having already paid movers to assist me and there’s a lock on it and customer service told me I have to come back a different day this experience with yall has been a literal nightmare
