Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was very nice and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend Integrity Storage to my friends and family.
Janet B | Expérience généraleHorrible place they will not work with you I asked for a late fee to be taken away nope go to EXTRA SPACE STORAGE GREAT PPL they understand ppl may need some assistance sometimes
JAZZY F | Expérience généraleI found the staff to be friendly and helpful
Steve C | Expérience généraleWell I went into the facility just to ask questions about their policies , cost etc. ended up being greeted by Lisa who gave me a full-fledged tour, I can say the place was very clean , safe for me to access my storage!
ANDREA B | RéservationYour front office staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. I suggest they both receive raises for a job well done. Especially Jason!
Kathy M | Expérience généraleHad an amazing experience with Integrity storage, from the rental of my truck to the use of a storage unit. Josh was very helpful and genuinely kind and sincere, which are not traits I see as much in customer service these days. Facility is conveniently located, with 3 secure access doors for 24/7 access. I will definitely be back!
Benjamin H | Expérience généraleThe UHaul website provides more information about the cost and promotions that the facility has. I utilized the facilities website to sign up for a unit. They never listed on their website that the price that was listed was a promotion for three months.
MARSHA J | Expérience généraleMy experience with renting a storage unit was great. The staff was helpful. They answer every question I put to them. They showed me unit how to lock door. They were great when AI talked to them. I would recommend them to others. When I need to use a unit again. I would go back to them. Great. Job Staff.
JANET P | RéservationThe facility is fairly new, very clean, and secure, with easy access. One great benefit is that you can rent a U-Haul truck right there—pickup and drop-off are super convenient. I would definitely use Integrity Storage again if I need a great place to store my belongings. Highly recommended!
Chester J | Expérience généraleClean storage and very helpful employees.
KIMBERLY S | Expérience généraleIntegrity Storage on Jones Sausage Rd. is the best storage facility I have ever used. I've lived in 11 states and have used commercial storage facilities in all of them. I have never encountered a more professionally run establishment. The staff are the most excellent customer service reps I have encountered in any business (not just storage facilities). They could teach a master class on making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. There simply is not better storage facility in Garner, Raleigh, NC or the US. Thank you so very much!
Valerie H | Expérience généraleThe staff was amazing. So friendly, understanding, and ready to help. I'm used to 24hour access to my unit, so it was tough to make sure I was there before it closed if I wanted something. The only thing that would make this better, is 24 hour access.. But I don't think you will find that locally anywhere. Therefore...This is the place! Thumbs up!
Jennifer Z | Expérience généraleEveryone there is friendly and helpful
Rachelle D | RéservationMove in process was great until I received a copy of my agreement. The price on the Integrity Storage website is different than what I was sent by email to sign. I have requested an updated copy to sign but I guess the email address isn’t monitored.
MARSHA J | RéservationThe staff is very friendly, the facilities are very safe and very clean.
ISABEL E | Expérience généraleThe people who runs the place are just amazing, extremely respectful and knowledgeable about their business
