Only problem was I wanted to get my pictures out of storage or have a manger grab them before it was auctioned off and they says no pictures was memories of my parents who is now gone

There have been changes in management and employees and I've found they all work really hard and deal with a lot of people who lose patience too quickly. Shey, in particular, was always kind and helped me out whenever I needed it!

They unfortunately don't have enough workers to stay on top of all the trash people leave behind. There are long lines and ringing phones with not so nice customers and they then have to clean up after them, so I completely understand why it's not always kept clean. The employees here have always been great to me because I really try to be nice to them. It works, they are awesome!

ron y | Overall ExperienceMr. Townes is not customer friendly. I've had a storage unit with U Haul five years. And now since Ms. Molly left U Haul is just not the place in Garner it once was. I hate dealing with Mr. Townes and his crew. Maybe it will get better. I guess he's better then the young lady before him; she was down right rude to customers who keep you in business.
