Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe original unit was not cleaned but as soon as I notified the attendant I was immediately relocated to another unit
Karen W | Premières impressionsThough I think this Uhaul facility was great, I do think it is a little expensive.
cynthia b | Expérience généraleI just moved here from Texas. I want to say that you have the friendliest staff. I also want to say they know there job well. Shout out to Yasmine for all your help. She is the best.
Kimberly W | Premières impressionsNeeds better parking
Nicky T | Expérience généraleThe agent in the facility was nice and helpful in arranging the code to access the storage unit. Our understanding was that with the code we can access after hours. However, we were unable to move despite of having the code to access the facility. We were able access one time to locate the unit but after starting the unloading we were not able to access the facility to bring the goods anymore and had to arrange another storage with a different company. Please cancel the storage at 716 capital blvd Raleigh NC.
MICHAEL W | Premières impressionsVery respectable business
Gretchen U | Expérience généraleI wish I could recommend this location but I just can’t. Every time I went to visit my unit would be a toss up on whether or not I would be able to park at the door. One parking spot at the loading dock is ridiculous. Additionally, every visit the alarm was going off on the first floor without anybody seeming to be aware of it. There was constantly trash all around the front door and throughout the first floor…on move out day there was liquor bottles just sitting on the first floor near the elevator. Overall, visiting my unit was just an unpleasant experience every time. I like using U-Haul, but that location isn’t ideal for customers.
GRAHAM W | Expérience généraleNaya and Yasmine are easy to work with- helpful, professional, and flexible. Our check in experience was easy thanks to them. My one complaint is the climate controlled storage. The temperature was 90 degrees on Saturday when we moved in-10 degrees hotter than it should be. I looked into it with the management. We were told that the AC was broken and they would file a work order to have it fixed. This is something we should not have to worry about when we paid for climate control. I sincerely hope U-Haul gets this addressed quickly for us and everyone else who is entrusting them to store their belongings.
Nicole B | Premières impressionsI booked everything online where we’re supposed to be convenient and fast. And I have had nothing but distress since. I book a truck and a storage unit on U-Haul.com… My truck wasn’t ready nor was I able to get the key out of the box on time. It took me over an hour and a half to contact somebody that can resolve that issue when I was in another town. The biggest problem was going to get my unit in Raleigh. I couldn’t find the unit I was supposed to in, because it wasn’t clear or given to me correctly. When I punched in my code, it recognized my name, (welcome to me to come in) but the door would not let me in. It would not unlock! I was transferred from person to person and almost 2 hours later, I finally got a unit that I could use in a code that would let me in the door. The last thing was I was being charged for two units. I paid the unit online, thinking that it was a unit that I was in, but I will still being charged for the unit that I never used. So, from the time I used U-Haul (over a month) to this day, it has been a stressful, aggravating, and frustrating problem.
Marquice J | Expérience généraleI’ve stored things with this facility for over ten years. The cleanliness, the accessibility and the personnel in the store are top flight. Good experience!
REAGAN W | Expérience généraleIt has improved over the 9 years I had storage there. It has always been clean and well lit. Occasionally the elevator was out of order which made moving in and out expensive and very inconvenient. For the years we stored our stuff there we are relieved there were no issues with the climate control, cleanliness and staff.
