I tried for months trying to get in touch with facility manager regarding different things and never got any response. Tried calling many times and emailing and nothing. Recently found mouse/rat droppings in my unit and was unable to get through to anyone so I contacted customer service who filed a report for me and told me the manager would get back to me within 72 hours and nothing. There was no one working on the property, there was a sign on the door saying they would be working out of another facility down the road but I also could not get in touch with anyone there either. Overall very disappointed in the service I received over the last two years.

My unit was infested with rats and everything of mine was destroyed
Guillermo S | Overall ExperienceI did everything through the app. No contact needed for check in which was a huge plus, however unit was dirty when I first got it. There is a lot of dust and dirt that went into the unit during the 2 months I had it so the unit in general is not clean and anything not in a container will get dirty very quickly. I do not fault the area as there is a rat problem, but I opened up my unit to a dead rat on the ground in front on my things. So it would be important to check your unit frequently in this area. I also do not like the lack of safety driving in as there are no mirrors up on the walls of buildings for the blind turns. I also did check out through the app with 5 days before renewal, if you don’t count the holiday. I was notified it was pending approval and still got notifications of late fees and my next month rent being due. I am thankful I cancelled autopay before checking out on the app. I had to contact customer support to resolve. As far as pros, this location was right off the highway, the app functions well enough, but it is more inconvenient/stressful when it comes to check out if you plan to check out near the renewal date. Given the times I went were variable, it was never busy enough to be an issue getting in and out of the complex which was nice. Overall, below average compared to other U-Haul storages/competitors but if these issues were better managed it would be the ideal location/method of managing your storage unit.

Margie G | Overall ExperienceEasy move in process online. The unit was dirty/unswept on move in but the free lock for online check in was already in the unit. The code worked to get in but I had some trouble with the gate to get out. I think that the sensor didn’t work the first time I drove up, potentially because someone left at just the right time before me, so the gate was already closing as I was pulling up. The sensor didn’t register that I was there. At previous self storage location you’d have to enter the pin or use the app remote to leave, too. But this wasn’t an option. Now that I kind of know what to expect the simple drive out way of getting out of the complex is nicer but potentially less secure as a complex.

SARAHJOY M | First ImpressionsWent to get access to a unit I reserved 3 Weeks in advance, to be told no unit was available. Given a smaller unit, when I made it to the facility to start unloading the Uhaul I had rented, The door fell off the unit and hit me in the chest. I tried calling the office to tell them what had happened, kept getting re directed to the Uhaul main line, and then transferred and hung up on twice. So I finally drove back to the office to get a different unit, was able to get a different unit, but had Hired movers through Uhaul at $100 an hour and lost an hour and half of their time to this. Unloaded the Uhaul and a few minutes after I finished someone else pulled in behind us in another Uhaul and had paperwork for the exact same Unit that was just given to me. Based on this experience I will likely never use Uhaul again, and still currently trying to get a refund on the $150 if wasted time with the movers that were hired.

Brandy V | First ImpressionsAt storage unit A, on the back side by the exit doors going outside there's a very dangerous step there atleast 18in drop due to ground sinkage. You guys should at least put watch your step on the inside of the doors, and Fix the area outside the doors before somebody gets injured and you guys get sued.if I'm not mistaken all Building codes say steps should be eights high and eight inches wide.

JAMES M | Overall ExperienceI had sent an email mid-March saying that I would not need the last month that I reserved the unit for and received a response from that manager saying that my request was received. However, I was still charged for the last month. When I called about 2 weeks ago, the person I talked to said they would let the manager know, but I haven’t heard anything or received a refund yet.
