The storage space had not been swept out before I moved in. There were mouse droppings on the floor there. Your staff face to face was great and helpful.

I will never use any other storage facilities but this one!!!!
latishia h | First ImpressionsAnd the reason why I feel this way is because I have some lamps that was inside the storage and when I went to clean it out, my lamps were missing, and I understand that I didn't get the insurance because I didn't feel that I needed the insurance and you guys feel like you're not responsible for my so that's why I'm gonna write this as a poor because things like that shouldn't happen I trusted you guys with my stuff and my lamps wasn't cheap. They cost me $300.

Chara L | Overall ExperienceI was calling all month to get the insurance on my unit removed due to the increasing price. Corporate was unable to help me. I was unable to get a hold of the stores even though it called over 10 times. Corporate was never able to get a hold of this store. Corporate told me multiple times that they were sending messages to the store for them to follow up with me as well as the general manager to follow up with me. When I went into the store, someone was sitting behind the desk. No one else was in store and I had just called and no one called. Jazz I believe was the person behind the counter who told me she was a general manager, and had never been notified by corporate that she need to reach out to me. She wasn’t very apologetic about the situation and answered the phone call on her personal phone not the store phone during our interaction which I thought was very rude.
