This is the best storage facility I ever used. The staff are excellent, kind and helpful; it's well-maintained in every way I can't recommend it enough! I also stored my art there books etc and they were in the same good shape I put them in which was a relief thank you so much! (I pointed out this storage facility has excellent customer service and I know because I barely survived the worst New York City Google Dr Fagelman assault - Watch the YouTube from 8 yrs ago customers don't forget cruelty...and worse.. what was done to me at a doctors office where ship and safe radically harm to my health my life and I don't know if I'll ever recover from what's been done never even an apology just more lies.)

I’ve had three storage units at different establishments and this one was the best by far! Staff is always friendly and helpful, you don’t have to give 30 day notice of move out and they don’t hike up your rent every six months. The building is always clean, well lit and they have a huge docking area to pull in a car or truck. Multiple vehicles can be loading and unloading at the same time which is hard to find in NY. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility

Monica is a rock star. She is efficient and professional and manages her staff expertly. I am beyond grateful to her and to the team for helping us move our stuff into the storage unit painlessly.

My roommate said the unit was very large and I am aware the process went smoothly. Upon booking, I was called by a very nice employee who answered all questions. It was a very positive experience.

Very helpful with use of the freight elevator and bringing dollies outside, clean and spacious facility with good AC.

The people at storage plus were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had to get a larger unit then the one I originally booked and they were able to make it work.

I was anxious about finding a good storage unit that would be safe, clean and easy to use but I really shouldn't have worried. Greenpoint Storage is truly great -- the staff were beyond helpful.

My couch was damaged by water damage it appears but other than that it was fine
