The process was efficient and quick. The only very minor item is that the new lock and key is in the storage bin when you open it for the first time… enclosed in plastic. I did not have a pair of scissors to open it so I had to grab a pair of scissors from my house while leaving my items in my bin unsecured. Very minor as the indoor storage facility is very clean and secured. It would be a good idea to have the attending person walk with you, open the door and cut open the new lock and key…..allowing you to secure the bin while there for the first time. Thanks

The alarm would consistently go off when opening the door even after the bill was paid which my wife mentioned multiple times was a sensory issue. They told us it was out of their control which we understand but they also have a giant dip when walking in which could severely injure or hurt someone, previously disabled or not. While the unit itself was secure, the policies and maintenance were subpar. The employee were very helpful and professional though. Also the bathrooms were poorly maintained and people were probably using drugs in there. We saw used needles in a dresser set left in the free stuff once. Maybe it would be wise to have an employee sort through donations from time to time.
