I am not happy that I moved out in November and got charged for December! Please close my account and do not take anymore money from me.

Theresa Y | Overall ExperienceHaving an internal storage on the 2nd floor made it impossible to maneuver large pieces of furniture from the hallway into the storage room, not enough room to turn for couches or long dressers/tables. Also the lip from the elevator to the ground was a large enough (2”?) where it made it impossible to push carts in and out.

There was ZERO mold or mildew. The storage facility was always well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hanover U-Haul!
