James W | Online Move InI stored a variety of belongings, including furniture, books, clothes, towels, and pillows, for approximately 3 years. Everything stayed fresh and clean! There was ZERO mold or mildew. The storage facility was always well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hanover U-Haul!

I had to unfortunately extend my truck rental due to a family emergency. When I returned it, I was a mess from crying due to my dad's health. Taylor was so sweet and understanding. When I picked up the truck there was a problem because another client didn't return the truck we had rented. I had such a fun time talking with Taylor and I haven't laughed that much in a long time. I will ABSOLUTELY refer everyone I know to tent from the Hanover office. Please tell Taylor that Collene appreciates her kindness, professionalism and overall great personality. 👍

U haul itself shouldn't keep raising the rents on spaces that's a huge turn off. Just because you have a unit for an extended time should not mean the price goes up every year.
