William M | Overall ExperienceThe first time I went in, I was just gathering information. Everything sounded good, but I was not ready to commit yet. So, I came back the next day and a different agent was there. He was thorough also and gave me more information as to what was available and that I should come back in a couple of days because the unit will be available then and I can secure it. When I returned in a few days it was ready, and I have my unit. Everyone and everything worked perfectly in my favor. I'm glad I chose this location. It is convenient and very well managed.

RICARDO L | First ImpressionsOnly one time I had a problem I needed to get something out f my storage and it was about 9pm and I could not get to my storage unit because trucks was in the way from people return them but everything else was great
stephanie B | Overall ExperienceThe unit they told me was online check in would not allow me to do so, they moved me to a different unit at another location but I had to pay for it, there wasn’t a lock inside so I had to leave my storage unlocked until the next morning. They did end up refunding my payment and giving me a lock. It was risky and I’m not sure I would go through that again
