Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was friendly and helpful
James R | Premières impressionsNo elevator to get to the 2nd floor parking area not good
Debra R | Expérience généraleFirst unit I was given wasn’t clean for a new customer was given a second but the light in the ceiling isn’t working
Debra R | Premières impressionsI appreciate most that everything was pretty easy to get done here. Staff is very flexible and helpful when we needed it. Only negative is we never had any lighting in our unit despite notifications three different times.
Matthew S | Expérience généraleBern s customer over the past fill years.. if you need to move of have some stuff to store away. This tge place in Schaumburg Hoffman estate area..highly recommend
Tien D | Expérience généraleI had red spiders all over my stuff lol I get it it’s bound to happen but the units aren’t tightly sealed so no I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here.
DANIELLE N | Expérience généraleAll good!
STEVEN L | Expérience généraleAlthough the staff and everyone was good the stuff I stored in this facility got damaged. My mattress got mold on it and not sure how that happened. I even paid insurance to protect my items in the storage but at the end they said it won't cover the mattress. I even dropped an email to the insurance company but did not hear back from them - its been more than 30+ days. When providing the insurance they said every item will be covered and when I went to them with an issue they just showed me the fine print and told me that few of the tings that happen through weather changes are not covered in the insurance - I am no sure how mold happens through climate changes.
