Ashton assisted me quickly and professionally. The manager Amanda and he staff are always giving great costumer service. Rest rooms are always clean as well
DEYSHANE W | Overall ExperienceWhen we arrived. We were charged even though we had booked with a code that gave us the first month rent free. We also requested to have first floor and was told that we had to be on the 2 nd floor with no elevator which was difficult for us with all the stairs. Will never recommend that location ever.
Vivian C | Overall ExperienceThis place is ok. I deducted 2 star for the following reason. 1. The unit I originally booked which was a down stairs unit was already taken so I had to take an upstairs unit and the place doesn’t have an elevator which was a hassle. 2. I was charged for late fee’s when my account was on auto pay. When I contacted customer service and customer service contacted the manger she basically said she would wave my fee as a one time courtesy, which I think isn’t fair because if my unit is in auto pay and your system fails to recognize that, it’s not my fault. The 3rd reason is I moved out before the next time my bill was due. I did everything that was asked on the app for move out and a few weeks later I received a bill for my unit…I called no one answered so I called customer service a ticket was created. Few more weeks later I received another notice of being late and late fees. Now this is where I get annoyed, if your personal or Manager would walk the units and paid attention you would have seen my move out request. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for you to do your job. I would never rent from this place again but overal U-Haul was fine.

KRISTIN S | First ImpressionsCustomer service is horrible, the employees here don’t have much tact if any at all, extremely rude. I rushed and got a unit there because it was around the corner from where I was moving, and outside of convenience there is nothing that would make me come back here.

They were extremely kind and patient with my husband and me who are 72 y/o and 71 y/o respectfully. The staff never made us feel that they were exasperated with us. The staff and facilities were excellent.
SHERRY V | Overall ExperienceMy experience with the actual unit was fine, but for a month after moving out I got sent multiple bills and the manager would not respond to my multiple emails explaining that I did not owe anything. Nonetheless, I kept getting late notices and letters in the mail. No response. Finally I contacted UHaul customer support and they were shocked at this incompetency and were very helpful. This ending soured my experience with UHaul moving and storage at nrg and I will never rent here or recommend it again.
Michael M | Overall ExperienceThe service and the facilities security and great. Customer service was great. Hower I rented an outside unit and my belongings were wet from rain, causing damage to my new mattress and some of the boxes that new furniture was in. The unit had a leak

Only negative is that the prices for the storage units on the wall and the paper they give you to find your unit are not updated so I was confused at first. Online prices are updated though. Also, I had reserved a 1st floor storage but when I arrived they said only second floor was available.
