CORDELL A | Expérience généraleVery personable great people
JOHN S | Premières impressionsWe recevied a free storage unit for a month for renting a uhaul truck. I thought it would be pretty straight forward, but it was kind of a pain. First off, there is not security at this facility at all. It tells you to input a code, but there is not gate or anything. You can go in and out freely. Yes, there is a spot for the code to be inputted, but you can just as easily drive through it so it is not secure at all outside of the lock on the unit. Adding to that, our "free" month was charged to our account for now reason. We moved out 5 days before the next "rent" was due, submit the move out request and then 5 days later they tried to charge us. Even after we went back and saw they had already put a new tag on our locker. I had to call customer service 3 separate times unnecessarily.

JEFFREY R | Expérience généraleI love U-Haul;
Hildenise A | Expérience généraleI moved in and out from my cell phone! It was extremely convenient doing everything from the app. When I did have to speak with employees, everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
jamie M | Expérience généraleEu recomendo! Muito Organizado e limpo!
Maria F | Expérience généraleSo convenient with dropping the truck at the same location after getting things situated into the unit. Space is very clean and staff on site were very friendly and incredibly patient with a tough customer before me in line.
Georgia G | Déménagement en ligneThere were many facets to my move from CT to Cape Cod and all were like a well oiled machine. BOTH storage units were perfectly sized. Counter customer service reps very accommodating. The truck I drove was immaculate and practically brand new. (Thank you for trusting me with it!) Both moving crews I contracted with went above and beyond my expectations. Though my next and FINAL move will be my cremains to a lovely marble Urn ⚱️ for eternity, I will recommend UHaul to anyone I can. Many, MANY thanks to your teams. Beth
