STEVE S | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit and paid for it. Then the unit was to small so they gave me a bigger one. Nothing was said about having to pay more. Then a few days later I get a call saying my account was passed due and I owed $25 more. Thought it would have been settled then if I owed More.

Chris S | First ImpressionsThe trip I made Thursday evening I drove the Uhaul truck from Palm Bay Florida to Knoxville Tn On October 5th and drive to Knoxville Tn The truck had no A/C When I left Florida I didn’t know there was no a/c until I got on 95 interstate heading north Map it was too late to turn around and report the problem I did tell the Uhaul company in Knoxville Tn On Clinton hwy There there was NO A/C
